GALONMETER CONTROL WATER METER is commonly used in the textile, tanning, paper, potting and chemical industries, also used for mixer truck, for controlling batched volume of the water passing through the pipe accurately, has the sizes from Dn32 to Dn50 designed by GALONMETER.

From Qt including Qt to Qmax: +/-3% for hot water and +/-2% for cold water.Selecting the proper size of meter:
For selecting the proper size should follow the table with maximum flow rate
(Q) in m3/h and the maximum daily delivery (E) in m3 as:
3.6V/t<Q
V=batch volume of the water in liters
T=time per batch in seconds
Q=maximum flow rate in m3/h
For maximum service life should follow:nhV/1000<E
n=number of batch per hour
h=number of working hour
V=batch volume of the water in liters
E=maximum delivery in m3
For keeping the accuracy, the flow rate (Q) should be not less than Qt.
The flow rate is easily calculate by the water was collected in a calibration tank for a measured period of time. For example, 15 liters are collected in 30 seconds, the flow rate will be: 3600/30*15=1800l/h.
For selecting the dial reading, the maximum dial reading should always exceed the highest expected batch volume.
